Email [[support@bluntly.app]]. A person reads every message, and we reply within two working days. If it's about your account, write from the email address you signed up with.
Report a post or comment
- On the post or comment, tap More and choose Report this.
- Pick the reason: spam, a scam, harassment, pretending to be someone, selling financial advice, or something else. Add a note if it helps, and tap Send the report.
- We review every report within 24 hours and remove anything that breaks the rules. The person you report is never told who reported them.
If something is urgent, or it is about a whole profile or a direct message, email us with the person's handle and what happened.
Block someone
Open their profile (or one of their posts), tap More and choose Block. You stop seeing each other, and any follows between you are removed. They are not told.

Questions
Is Bucks free?
Yes. There are no ads and nothing to pay.
Who can see my numbers?
Only you, until you post a month. When you post, you choose who sees it: everyone, only your followers, or everyone without your name. The mirror only counts your figures inside groups of 20 people or more, and never shows them to anyone.
Is an anonymous post really anonymous?
The post is stored with no author on it, and the time shown is blurred within the hour so the order of the feed can't give you away. The link back to you is kept apart, in a table nobody can read through the app, so that you can delete your post and so we can act if a post breaks the rules.
Does Bucks connect to my bank?
No. You type your figures in, or read them from a screenshot of your banking app. The screenshot is read on your phone and is never uploaded.
How does the mirror compare me?
With people of a similar age, in a similar line of work, in your country, using what they entered for the same month. If that group has fewer than 20 people, it uses a wider group and tells you. Pay is only compared with people paid in the same currency.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. In the app, open your profile, tap the settings button at the top, and tap Export your data. You get a spreadsheet file with your profile and every month you've filled in.
